Finally found some space in my schedule to do some more planking on the BCC. Though there are distractions on the horizon, we are going to try and get this hull planked. Cedar will help out some as time allows. I will keep some pictures coming along as things progress.
This is certainly a difficult boat building economy and I've had to put the BCC on hold for now but I'm sure I'll be back planking soon. There is still fun to be had. See the main news.
Summer has been a time of boat repair, oar making, tuning up Tern for local trips and a month long trip north to Desolation Sound and beyond. We had a chance or two to get out on the water ourselves. Nothing so much worth doing... But summer is over. We have a little cabinet work to attend to but . . .
